Melissa Umali, Communications and Events Specialist
Melissa’s first love was fashion as she loved putting pieces together or creating her own alterations. Melissa started her career in retail which lead her into styling frequent customers who eventually became her exclusive “clients”. Being lucky enough to be exposed to that scene at an early age and attending different types of events throughout the city, Melissa was able to get a sense of different fields which brought her to her second love – Food, Wine & Events. Melissa describes herself as a (shy) social butterfly – usually with a cocktail or a glass of wine in her hand! With passion for food, wine and events, planning private parties and weddings soon fell into place for families and friends and eventually new friends she met. Melissa loves creating events with a focus on making each one unique focusing on making sure everyone is having a good time and leaving with everlasting memories!
